LEWISBURG, Pa. – Aleksandra Kazala finished with a game-high 14 kills and the Eagles went through three sets with only seven attack errors as American remained unbeaten in Patriot League volleyball action with a 25-9, 25-13, 25-14 sweep at Bucknell on Saturday.

American has now won 11 straight matches and 14 of 15 in improving to 20-6 overall and a perfect 10-0 in the PL. The Bison fell to 4-18 overall and 2-8 in the league.
Eagles head coach Barry Goldberg moved closer to a career milestone by winning his 697th match.
Shannon Webb added nine kills and 11 digs, Kennedy Etheridge finished with 31 assists and freshman libero Kristen Largay had a team-best 15 digs. Junior middle Loren McKenzie had four blocks for the Eagles.
The match marked the 22nd time in 26 matches that Kazala has led the Eagles in kills and hit double figures in that stat.
Jordan Walker and Mimi Richards had six kills each for the Bison, who finished with 20 kills and 22 attack errors in the match.
"We played a very strong match tonight, as our ball control was in top form and all aspects of our game improved over the weekend," said Goldberg. "Our middles played strong again, and our setter, Kennedy Etheridge, once again led our whole team with steady persistence.
"We look forward to a big week ahead of us, as we finish off our four-game road swing at Navy on Tuesday night, before coming home next weekend to play Holy Cross and Army. We are looking forward to the challenges ahead of us."
American started quickly in the match, scoring the first seven points. The Eagles had leads of 11-2 and 20-3 on the way to the first-set win.
AU again dominated early in the second set, running out to a 10-3 lead. The edge grew to 16-5 and 22-8 before the Eagles won the set on a kill by Webb.
American led 10-5 when a four-point service run by Samantha Snyder made it 14-5 midway through the third set. The Eagles got seven kills from Kazala in the final set to close the match.
