WASHINGTON - A little rain didn't stop us this weekend as we showed what we're made of with a comeback win against Atlantic 10 powerhouse Duquesne and another big 2-1 win over a very physical George Mason.

3-0 is a dream start but we're not satisfied yet. The continued support from our parents and peers is pushing us even harder - we want to show you all what we're made of. Next weekend is a big test as we travel to NC State to face the home team as well as ECU. Big time players show up in big time games so we'll really get to see what we're made of as a team and as individuals.

It's imperative that I mention my good friend Alison Doyle for not only her stellar performance this weekend but her overall confidence and swagger that she brings day in and day out. It's so important to have that stability behind us and it's great to see that her hard work this summer has paid off. Doyle - keep pushing're holding us together at the seams.

To my girls: nothing short of perfection so far - on and off the field. Keep this going and we'll be in the books before we know it. It goes fast - so hunker down and take a look around when you get a chance...and just picture us rollin'.
