LAS VEGAS, Nev. – American University continues its fall-semester look at national-level competition this weekend when it takes student-athletes to the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational starting Friday morning.
The Eagles will be one of 46 teams competing in the tournament, which has drawn nine of the top-20 schools in the nation. The event will give some of AU's top wrestlers a chance to compete against some of the best in the nation.
AU has already seen strong competition this fall at the Journeymen Fall Classic and at the Navy Classic.
Terao and Kasunic were NCAA qualifiers a year ago and are tied for the team lead so far this season with eight wins each.
