WASHINGTON - Tickets to this afternoon's Patriot League Men's Basketball Championship Game between American University and Colgate at 4:45 p.m. have been sold out, Department of Athletics and Recreation officials announced Friday morning. The Eagles and Raiders will play for the conference title and an automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament in front of Bender Arena's first sell out crowd of the year.

Although tickets have been sold out, student seating is still available for anyone with a valid AU student ID. Admission for students is free.

Fans unable to be inside of Bender for tonight's championship game are still encouraged to join the AU community during FanFast beginning at 2:30 p.m. outside of Bender in the Sports Center Tunnel. AU Director of Athletics and Recreation Keith Gill will address fans gathered before the game at 3:00 p.m. and AU President Neil Kerwin will follow with his own remarks at 3:05 p.m.

Once the game begins, fans without a ticket can watch the game live on ESPN2 in the Mary Graydon Center Tavern adjacent to the main quad. Fans can also gather just down the street at 3201 New Mexico Ave., NW, at Chef Geoff's where the game will also be shown on ESPN2.
