Before American: Had a tremendous senior season under long-time Mercer Island head coach Ed Pepple ... Led Mercer to a 22-6 record and the state semi-finals ... set the school record for blocks (90) in a season and in a game (11) ... averaged 12.7 points and 9.9 rebounds per game as a senior ... dished out 48 assists and hit over 70 percent of his free throw attempts (67-94) while also converting on nearly 50 percent of his field goals (143-287) ... was a Second-Team All Conference pick.
