2006-07: Named PL Scholar Athlete of the Year ...earned All Region and First Team All PL Honors ... was Eagle's top finisher at Oregon's Bill Dellinger Invite 2005-06: Finished sixth overall at PLXC's in 24:49 to garner First-Team All Patriot League and help the Eagles to their fourth straight title ... ran 31:17.6 for 10k to finish 32nd overall at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional ... finished third in the 5K indoors and fourth outdoors after doubling back from a fourth-place finish in the 1500 earlier in the day ... just missed qualifying for the NCAA East Regional by two seconds in the 1500. 2004-05: Finished sixth in the PL at 1500 .. went on to win Tuppeny Twilight 5000 meters with 62 second last lap .... set personal best in 1500 meter victory at the Boston High Performance meet in 3:47.36, the third-fastest 1500 in school history ... finished third in the mile at PL indoors ... also member of PL academic honor roll. 2003-04: Split time between 800 meters and 1500 meters ... ran 3:53 in the 1500 ... member of the AU record 4 x 800 meter team at PL Outdoors.
