Indoor Track - Competed in four meets during the indoor season ... Hit a season's best 4:31.44 with his fifth-place finish in the mile run at the Navy Invitational (1/14) ... Ran a season's best 2:01.94 over 800m at the Patriot Games (1/28).

Outdoor Track - Raced primarily in the 800m run throughout his junior outdoor campaign ... Started with an 11th-place finish in the 800m at the Maryland Invitational (3/18) in 2:01.51 ... Went on to hit a season's best 1:58.79 to cross in eighth at the Navy Invitational (3/25) ... Closed the season at the George Mason Invitational (4/8) where he crossed in 50th overall (2:01.26).

2015-16
Cross Country - Competed in two meets during the cross country season, hitting a best time of 26:01.10 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run.

Indoor Track - Had his first individual competition of the 2016 indoor season at the Father Diamond meet, placing fourth in the mile ... Went on to take second in the 800m at the Terrapin Invitational before returning to the mile at the Armory Track Invitational, where he placed 16th ... Closed the season at the Patriot League Championships as a member of the third-place DMR (10:01.47) and fifth-place 4x800m (7:35.05) squads.

Outdoor Track - Once again concentrated on the 1500m run during the outdoor season, starting with a seventh-place finish at the Maryland Invitational (3:56.21) ... Ran a season-best 3:55.25 at the Colonial Relays ... Ran a season's best 1:56.72 in the 800m at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, taking ninth overall ... Closed the regular season at the Penn Relays as a member of the 4x800m squad (7:37.57) ... Placed fourth with the 4x800m at the Patriot League Championships (7:34.04).


2014-15
Cross Country - Started his Eagle career at the Mount St. Mary's Duals, placing 13th in the field after navigating the 5000m course in 15:53.20 ... Was third overall at the Leopard Invitational ... Closed the season with a season's best 25:55.20 for 8000m at the Patriot League Championships, placing 58th overall.

Indoor Track - Competed primarily in the mile during his freshman indoor season, hitting a season's best 4:14.25 at the Armory Track Invitational for a tenth-place finish ... Was a member of two relays at the Patriot League Championships, placing third with the DMR (10:04.11) and fifth with the 4x800m (7:37.16).

Outdoor Track - Specialized in the 1500m during the outdoor season, hitting a best time of 3:50.66 at the Mason Spring Invitational to take 14th in the field ... Was fourth in the 1500m at the Patriot League Championships, crossing in 3:52.54 ... Was also featured in the Eagles' 4x800m squad at the league championship meet, taking sixth overall (7:40.34).
