Finished second at the Patriot League Outdoor 1500m, running a
personal best 3:46.57, which qualified him for NCAA East Regional
and is the fifth-fastest time in AU history ... ran the third leg
of the PL Champion and school record-setting 4 x 800m Relay ... ran
a 4:04.7 mile split at the Penn Relays 4 x Mile Championship of
America, helping the Eagles finish fifth and shatter the school
record ... spent much of the early outdoor season returning to form
after suffering severe ankle sprain at the PL Indoor
Championships... Indoors ... Won his first 6 races, both
individual and relay events during the season...set personal bests
winning the 1000m at the Navy Quad meet and winning the mile at the
Maryland Invite...led off the Millrose Games 4x800m champions...ran
the third leg of the Patriot League Champion, meet record, and
school record 4x800m relay, blowing open the race with a split of
1:51.8...came back the next day finishing second to a teammate in
the mile, but suffered a bad trip up in the 1000m, which ended his
day prematurely...was named Patriot League Runner of the Week 3
times during the indoor season....XC.... Battled an
illness throughout the season but came on strong late ... was the
Eagles' top finisher at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region meet finishing
6th and helping the team secure its third straight berth to the
NCAA Championships.
2005-06: Ran
the second-fastest 3000 in school history indoors with his solo
8:09.69 at the Armory Collegiate Invite ... went on to win the PL
title in the 3000, finish second in the mile and run a leg on the
victorious 4 x 800 relay indoors ... won the 5000 outdoor at
Patriot League's and also qualified for the NCAA East Regional in
the 1500 with his 3:47 at the Duke Invite ... ran the anchor leg of
the school record setting 4xmile at Penn Relays ...
XC...Won the Patriot League Individual Cross Country
Title, leading the team to its fourth straight team title ... ran
30:25 at the Mid-Atlantic Regional to lead the team to its second
straight NCAA Championship appearance ... named the Patriot League
Scholar Athlete of the Year for Cross Country.
2004-05: Had
one of the finest all around freshman seasons in school history ...
has range from the mile to 5000 meters ... sports an indoor PR of
4:09.91 attained at the Armory Collegiate invite where he ran the
last 800 meters in 2:01 ... finished second indoor to All-American
teammate Sean Duffy in the mile ... ran to a fourth-place finish at
PLs outdoor in the 1500 ... ran the fastest outdoor 5000 by any
freshman at AU since head coach Matt Centrowitz took over the
program....XC...Named Patriot League Rookie of the Meet as
a freshman by way of fourth-place finish at PLXC's ... named
All-Region for 11th place finish at Mid-Atlantic Regional, helping
team to its first NCAA appearance in over 30 years ... finished
103rd at the NCAA Championships, in the top-seven among freshman in
the race.

Ten-time high school All-American ... named cross country state
Runner of the Year ... earned 12 letters in cross country, indoor
and outdoor track ... led his 4x800m squad to a national
championship ... also a member of National Honor Society and
Student Council ... participated in the High School National
