Continued to improve into one of the best distance runners in the
Patriot League ... ran a personal best and the fifth-fastest time
in school history, a 17:46,74 for fifth-place in the PL Outdoor
5000m ... also set a personal best in the 1500m, running 4:45.03,
the sixth-fastest time in school history ... Indoors...
Had a great race at the Armory Collegiate Invite running a personal
best of 10:06.87...also pr'ed in the mile with a 5:11.44 at the GMU
Patriot Games...XC...Was in the Eagles top-three all
season ... Earned Patriot League Second Team honors by way of a
13th place finish at the PLXC Championships ... finished in the
top-15 in four races.... named to PL Academic Honor Roll.
2005-06:
Improved across the board indoors, setting personal bests in the
mile, 3000m and 5000m... moved to fourth all-time in 3000 indoors
with her 10:19.93 ... ran a new PR of 18:15 in the 5000 at PL
Outdoors to finish eighth overall... PL Academic Honor Roll
selection ... XC...A solid contributor to the Eagles'
top-five ... finished third overall at the Mason Invitational,
running 14:56.13 for 4k ... finished 24th at the Patriot League
Championships, running 22:33 for 6k
2004-05:
Emerged as a solid contributor to the Eagles' distance corps in her
first year, running bests of 4:53.41 in the 1500m and 18:56 in the
5000m.
High School:
Earned 12 letters in cross country, indoor and outdoor track ...
was a three-time member of the New York State Section IX cross
country team ... won 1500m and 3000m at sectionals in junior season
... member of the Principal's Honor Roll ... also a member of the
National Honor Society ... named a Scholar-Athlete ... selected as
a Senior Enrichment participant as one of her class's top-20
students ... also a member of the yearbook staff.
