2006-07: NCAA East Region 800m Champion ... won his heat in 1:49.18 and outsprinted the competition in the last 100m of the final to win in a new personal best and school record, 1:48.06 ... 2007 Patriot League Outdoor 800m Champion, running a then personal best and school record 1:49.00 ... anchored the 4x800m relay to a come from behind win with a 1:47.5 split ... set a meet record at the Patriot League Indoor Championships, winning the 800m in a new league record 1:52.14 ... anchored the Millrose Games Champions 4x800m relay team by holding off the field in the final straight...came back the next day at the Armory Collegiate Invite to run a 1:54 800m despite being tripped up...anchored the 4x800m relay with a split of 1:52.2 to win the PL Championship in a new meet and school record.2005-06: Won the 800m indoors and anchored the victorious 4 x 800m with a stirring 1:50.xx ... PR'ed in the 400 and 1500 in his first two races outdoors ... ran a PR and new school record of 149.67 at the NYC Last Chance Qualifier, also qualifying for the NCAA East Regional in the process.
2004-05: Emerged as the top 800 meter runner on the Eagles' squad and in the Patriot League ... qualified for NCAA Outdoor Championships by way of fourth-place finish at NCAA East Regional ... swept the PL 800 meter titles indoor and out ... won his 1000 meter heat at the Armory Collegiate Invite with 27-second last lap ... split 1:48.8 for his 800 meter leg on the school record setting 9:35 Distance Medley Relay at Penn Relays.
2003-04: Progressed very well throughout his freshman campaign as one of the better 800 meter runners ... was a member of the school-record setting 4 x 800 meter team at the PL Championships ... ended up with a personal best of 1:52 for the 800 ... finished first in the 800m at the GMU Collegiate Open with an indoor personal-best time of 1:56.60 ... ran the 400m just once in the outdoor season, but finished with the fifth-fastest time in school history with a 49.67 at the Coastal Carolina Opener (3/6) ... set a personal best in the 800m at the Eric Kloibert Metro Championships with a 1:55.45 (4/17).
High School: Finished 5th at NSIC Indoor Nationals in the 800m ... finished third as a junior in Class B outdoor state championships in the 800m ... was All-County nine times ... also wrestled and played football.
