Cross Country - Kicked off his junior campaign with a first-place finish at the Mount St. Mary's Duals, navigating the 5000m course in 15:37.30 ... In fact, he led the Eagles in all but two meets during the season, including a top-ten finish at the Navy Invitational, crossing in 25:16.60 for the first 8000m of the year (9th) ... Crossed in third overall at the DCXC/GW Invitational, timing through in 15:45 for 5000m ... Followed that up with a season's best 24:48 for 8000m at the Lehigh Paul Short Run ... Led the team at the Patriot League Championships, taking sixth overall in 25:10.30 ... Closed the season at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Region Championships, once again leading AU with a 46th overall finish on the 10k course (31:58.90).

Indoor Track - Started the season with another winning effort, leading the field in the 3000m at the Navy Invitational with a season's best 8:30.39 ... Followed that performance up with a second-place finish in the same event at the Father Diamond meet (8:40.99) ... Placed fourth in the mile at the Terrapin Invitational before closing his season with a pair of 5000m runs ... Placed first in the 5000m aet the Armory Track Invitational with an indoor PR of 14:20.85 ... Closed the season with a fourth-place finish at the Patriot League Championships in the 5000m, crossing in 14:27.66.

Outdoor Track - Competed primarily in the 5000m and 10k runs during the outdoor season ... Kicked the season off, though, with a fourth-place finish in the 3000m at the Coach O Coastal Carolina University (8:31.85) ... Had his first of three 10k competitions at the Raleigh Relays, running a PR of 29:41.51 to place 17th overall ... Was the runner-up in the 5000m at the Spring Invitational, crossing in 15:02.09 ... Also placed second in his lone 1500m of the season, closing in 3:53.55 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational ... Crossed in 14:20.86 for 5000m at the Penn Relays before earning a PR in the event with his third-place effort at the Patriot League Championships (14:15.39) ... Earned his first Patriot League title in the 10k, leading the field in 30:18.89 ... Closed the season at the NCAA Championships East Preliminary Round, placing 35th in the 10k (31:05.55).

Cross Country - Ran in Eagles' 1-2 or 3 spot throughout the season... Individual champion at the season-opening Mount St. Mary's 5K, covering 5K course in 14:56.8... Also had top-10 finish with 6th at Navy Invitational, going 24:49.4 over 8K in Annapolis, leading Eagles to 2nd-place team finish... AU's second-fastest runner to the line at Patriot League Championships at Lehigh, going 24:36.4 to place 18th individually... 21st overall and 3rd Eagle finisher at Oregon's Bill Dellinger Invitational (25:49 over 8K).

Indoor Track – Had AU’s top mark of the season in the 3,000, going 8:25.45 to win a quad meet at Navy… Also won the 3K at the Townsend Invitational at UMES with 8:35.54 mark… Also posted Eagles’ best 1,500 of the year of 4:04.04 at the Navy Invitational (4th) to open the indoor season… Best mile time of the year was 4:17.66 to place 5th at the Terrapin Invitational in Landover.

Outdoor Track – Placed 3rd in the 5,000 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a season-best 14:29.51… Mark was an IC4A qualifier… Also ran 9th at the Penn Relays 5K in 14:30.94… Had Eagles’ second-best mark of the year in the open 3,000, going 8:42.12 (3rd) at the Coastal Carolina Invitational… Was 2nd in the 3,000 at the Maryland Invitational (8:42.76)… Best 1,500 of the outdoor season was at the Swarthmore Final Qualifier with 3:56.03.

Cross Country - PATRIOT LEAGUE MALE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR ... earned ALL-PATRIOT LEAGUE SECOND TEAM honors in cross country after placing 11th at the Patriot League Championships (25:36.81) ... set a conference record with four Patriot League Male Rookie of the Week honors (9/9, 9/16, 10/7, 10/21) ... recorded top three finishes at the Mount St. Mary’s 5K Duals (3rd – 15:44.80), Catholic University Invitational (2nd – 19:28.10) and Leopard Invitational (3rd – 25:40.82) ... ran a personal-best 25:02.62 at the Navy Invitational ... placed 54th at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (31:32) ...

Outdoor Track - Won the outdoor 5,000 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet in 14:59.46 ... posted a personal-best mark of 14:40.86 in the 5,000 at the Penn Relays, placing 21st ... placed sixth in the 5,000 at the Patriot League Outdoor Championships with a mark of 14:48.12 ... named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll in the fall and spring.
