Koch, like Eustis, was named to the Cross Country Academic All-Patriot League team earlier this year and recently completed her first semester in American's College of Arts and Sciences graduate program. She earned a perfect 4.0 during the fall pursuing her master's degree in mathematics and received her undergraduate degree in May Summa Cum Laude with a cumulative GPA of 3.91 in mathematics.
Koch was a Second Team All-Patriot League performer during the indoor season, setting a new school record en route to a second-place finish in the mile at the conference meet. She was also a two-time Patriot League Female Track Athlete of the Week honoree this season and has been named All-Patriot League three times in her cross country and track career. Koch began her athletic career as a four-year member of the women's soccer team. She held the program record for career appearances upon graduation and earned All-Patriot League Second Team honors in 2009. Koch has received a total of six Patriot League Academic Honor Roll awards in her career, including four in women's soccer, one in cross country and one in track.
