Junior Paris Wood led the AU women and took the bronze in the 100 backstroke with a time of 58.76. The time was the fastest for AU in the event this season, besting a mark set by herself in late October against Howard and Mount St. Mary's.
Senior Harrison Volaski matched the performance of Wood, also taking third in the men's 100 back, touching the wall at 52.47. Volaski also swam his fastest race of the season, besting his previous yearly top time for AU in the race.
