Volleyball Downs Holy Cross, 3-1

Led by a pair of 16-kill performances from Cassandra Ricketts and Angelina Waterman, the American University volleyball team defeated Holy Cross on Friday night, 3-1, in Bender Arena. The Eagles earned the victory by set scores of 25-14, 19-25, 25-14 and 25-11.

Wicklund Named Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year

Men’s Soccer to Host Colgate in Regular Season Finale on Saturday; Watch Live on Eagles Vision TV

The American University men’s soccer team will take on Colgate on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m. at Reeves Field. American can clinch the regular season conference championship and home field advantage in the upcoming Patriot League Tournament with a win versus Colgate and a loss or tie by Bucknell.

In August 2009, the American University Department of Athletics introduced Eagles Vision TV, the new online home for AU's home athletics events on AUeagles.com. In the two months of Eagles Vision TV, 30 home athletics events have been broadcasted, and at least 14 more events will be shown in November.
